Registration Form and guidelines for filling the Registration Form:
1. Class Pre School : The child should be between 3-4 years as on 31st March 2026. (born between 01-04-2022 to 31-03-2023)
2. Class Pre- Primary : The child should be between 4-5 years as on 31st March 2026. (born between 01-04-20221to 31-03-2022)
3. Application forms are available at the school reception counter or on parent portal at school website: www.remalpublicschool.in w.e.f. Thursday, 04th December 2025 to Saturday, 27th December 2025.
4. The following schedule will be observed for Admission in Pre-School (3+)/Pre Primary (Age 4+).

Admission Criteria:

1. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form.
2. Please fill in each entry in capital letters and write N.A. for the entries, which are not applicable to you. Do not leave any space blank.
3. The Registration formality will be completed only on the receipt of the duly filled in registration form and payment of ₹25 as registration fee.
4. Incomplete form will be rejected.
5. Please keep a photocopy of duly filled Registration form for future reference.
6. Kindly enclose the following documents along with the registration form.
• Self-Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child issued by the MCD or any other such authorized agency.
• Self-Attested copy of Proof of Residence – Voter I-Card / Ration Card / Passport / Aadhar Card / Electricity Bill/ Domicile Certificate of Parents.
• Proof of sibling (if applicable) – Photocopy of the School I-Card.
• Proof of Alumni (class XII pass-out certificate)
