Process of Admission for Pre-School (3+), Pre-Primary (4+) & Class I (5+) Session 2025 - 26

Remal Public School, Rohini welcomes you to the Pre-School/ Pre Primary / Class I Admission process for the Academic Session 2025 - 26.

Registration Form and guidelines for filling the Registration Form:


General Information:


1. Class Pre School : The child should be between 3-4 years as on 31st March 2025. (born between 01-04-2021 to 31-03-2022)

2. Class Pre Primary: The child should be between 4 – 5yrs as on 31st March 2025. (Born between 01-04-2020 to 31-03-2021)

3. Class I : The child should be between 5 – 6yrs for as on 31st March 2025. (Born between 01-04-2019 to 31-03-2020)

4. Application forms are available at the school reception counter or on parent portal at school website: www.remalpublicschool.in w.e.f. Thursday, 28th November 2024 to Friday, 20th December 2024.

5. The following schedule will be observed for Admission in Pre-School (3+)/ Pre Primary (Age 4+) / Class I (5+).


Availability of Forms Thursday, 28th November 2024 to Friday, 20th December 2024
Last date of submission of Registration Forms Friday, 20th December 2024 up to 2 pm
Draw of Lots Saturday, 04th January 2025
Display of First Admission List (including waiting list) Friday, 17th January 2025
Display of Second List (if any) Wednesday, 05th February 2025
Closure of Admission Process Friday, 14th March 2025

Admission Criteria:

Criteria Points
1. Neighbourhood
(0 – 3 km) = 80 points
(3 – 6 km) = 70 points
(Above 6 km) = 60 points
80 points
2. Sibling 10 points
3. RPS Alumni 10 points

Instructions for filling up the Registration Form :


1. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form.

2. Please fill in each entry in capital letters and write N.A. for the entries, which are not applicable to you. Do not leave any space blank.

3. The Registration formality will be completed only on the receipt of the duly filled in registration form and payment of ₹25 as registration fee.

4. Incomplete form will be rejected.

5. Please keep a photocopy of duly filled Registration form for future reference.

6. Kindly enclose the following documents along with the registration form.

• Self-Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child issued by the MCD or any other such authorized agency.

• Self-Attested copy of Proof of Residence – Voter I-Card / Ration Card / Passport / Aadhar Card / Electricity Bill/ Domicile Certificate of Parents.

• Proof of sibling (if applicable) – Photocopy of the School I-Card.

• Proof of Alumni (class XII pass-out certificate)
